When you submit an estimate request, contact message, or employment application, Gateway Janitorial Services, Inc. receives the contact details and other information you enter. Optional fields can be left blank. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, or other sensitive identification information.
How your information is used
Your submission is emailed to Gateway at [email protected] so the team can respond, discuss services, or consider your interest in employment. Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate those services. Messages may be retained in our business email records to handle your request and related follow-up.
Website operation and spam protection
This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may maintain technical access and security logs, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times. The form service temporarily stores a keyed, hashed network identifier, request times, and submission status to limit abuse and prevent duplicate messages; it does not save message contents in a website database. These form-protection records expire after 24 hours and are removed on a subsequent submission.
External links and email drafts
Opening directions takes you to Google Maps, which has its own privacy practices. If you use the email-draft option, the draft opens in your email application; it is sent only when you choose to send it.
